Modern supercritical units at Vinh Tan require extremely precise flow and pressure regulation. GREATORK actuators, with their advanced digital control, meet the stringent automation requirements of these high-efficiency power blocks.
Located on the coast of Binh Thuan province, the plant is exposed to high salinity and humidity. Our actuators' IP68 protection and specialized marine-grade coating ensure long-term reliability against salt-spray corrosion.
Technical Solutions Deployed
Provided 0.5% measurement precision, essential for the delicate balance-of-plant (BOP) systems and steam cycle regulation that maintain the plant's high operational efficiency.
Infrared setting tools allowed for rapid onsite commissioning without opening electrical covers, protecting the internal logic boards from the fine coal dust and salty air pervasive at the site.
Features a sophisticated dynamic braking system that prevents motor overrun, ensuring precise valve seating and protecting critical infrastructure from water hammer or mechanical stress.
