PALU Power Plant (2x15MW)
Thermal Power Infrastructure in Indonesia. Delivered Electric Actuators (AVA/AVAT series) using 256 Units for SEPCOIII Electric Power Construction Corporation.

Why This Project Matters
As one of GREATORK's earliest large-scale overseas power projects (commissioned in 2005), the 256 units deployed at PALU plant demonstrate the long-term operational stability and decade-long lifespan of our products in the Southeast Asian market.
This project solidified our high-level cooperation with SEPCOIII, showcasing GREATORK's ability to meet the rigorous technical and delivery standards required by top-tier international power plant constructors.
Managing 2x15MW units requires high-density integration of actuators across diverse steam and water cycles. Our solutions provide the centralized control necessary for modern thermal power unit synchronization.
Technical Solutions Deployed
Specifically designed with IP68 sealing and high-grade anti-corrosion coating to withstand Indonesia's high humidity and saline-rich coastal environments, ensuring zero internal condensation.
Utilized reliable absolute encoder systems to provide 0.5% measurement accuracy, ensuring the power plant can maintain precise valve positioning and memory even after sudden power fluctuations.
Parameters were set via infrared setters without opening electrical covers, preventing coal dust and moisture from entering the electronics during the high-intensity construction phase.
